                  Alkaline is based on the Rubicon 2 mod by metlslime.

This development kit consists of the following:

01. The graphics folder (gfx) ------ contains Alkaline's custom menu assets
02. The maps folder ---------------- contains BSP versions of pickups & enemy test map
    (Copper MDL versions of the pickups are additionally available, in next folder)
03. The 3-D models folder (progs) -- contains Alkaline's custom model assets
    (extra miscellaneous models are included, for creative use)
04. The sounds folder (sound) ------ contains Alkaline's custom sound assets
    (this includes an extra "ambient" folder, for additional world sounds)
05. The QuakeC source folder (src) - contains Alkaline's source code
06. The alkaline.fgd --------------- Alkaline's Forge Game Data, used for the map editor

07. The Alkaline Mapping Guide (doc.html) <=== IMPORTANT! This is your manual. :)

08. The graphics wad (gfx.wad) ----- Alakline's blue console character set (conchars)
09. The progs.dat file ------------- Alkaline's latest compiled gamecode
    (this includes some fixes and gameplay balancing from the initial release)
10. The quake.rc file -------------- Alkaline's custom console commands
11. This file!

Alkaline code was compiled via FTE QuakeC Compiler 5630 & currently has ZERO warnings.
